A few reminders for Valentine's Day Practice

First off, don't forget to give your loved one flowers before you kiss her goodbye for the day.

Secondly, bring a bin liner and join us before the RG for a litter pick around the hill. It will be fun! (Not really, but worth it.)

Finally, if you kept your number from last race, don't lose it. Either bring it back or keep it for the season. And don't think I don't know who you are...
