Will's Line aka The Pro Line:

This is an old line that has recently been rejuvenated by Chase Trails. When finished this will be the closest thing to an honest black graded line with some big features for those with big balls.  It currently branches off from the red line at the first tiered drop and will contain two gap jumps that you wouldn't want to land short.  Expected completion is January 2008.

Some unofficial lines:

CDL:  An unofficial line that formed in the summer of 2007.  The first half is a fall line type trail of intermediate difficulty, with a few very challenging, undefined flat corners. The only expert feature is a double jump at the finish. This is the first left hand branch off the Red Course and is a must ride.  It should take you a quite a few runs to ride clean!

The Dark Side:  On the other side of the climbing return road is a network of unofficial trails that has evolved over many years. The area contains a lot of fun bits, include the now shortened Tree Ride, the high speed and jumpy Ridge Run, Wonderland, Little Bringewood and the New Line.  The trails here take some time to learn, but the reward is high, as it's steeper, tighter, and techier. Highly recommend for expert riders and racers.

NOTE: ChaseTrails has currently proposed a plan to the FC to gradually legitimize the unofficial trails on Stile Cop.  This will involve improving signage and updating the features existing trails to bring them up to an acceptable standard of construction.   Don't worry, we won't be tearing anything out (unless it's stupidly dangerous)!

Overall, it's a good days riding with enough to keep you coming back for more! At least I think so…
